I bought a new Motorola H500 for my PS3. It says on the packaging that it is compatible with PS3. I connected it just fine and set the input and output to the H500, but I get the same problem I had with the last headset I bought.
I can hear people talking but they can’t seem to hear me. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a site or store where I could get a Motorola H500 Bluetooth removable Earpiece just the ear hook. My ear hook broke and one day I lost it. I still have the main earpiece, I just need the piece that goes around your ear. I dont want to have to buy a whole new earpiece. HELP!!!

The pairing process begins, but then the phone asks for a passkey in order to pair – I’ve paired things before without trouble, but where would I get the passkey? It usually shows up on the display of whatever you are pairing, but the bluetooth headest doesn’t have a display! The phone is a Motorola KRZR K1m and the headset is a Motorola H700 bluetooth headest.
